Biography
Neil brings a unique perspective to strategic planning having worked for both global and community financial institutions. He spent 14 years in corporate banking working with businesses of all sizes, as well as managing groups in Healthcare and International Banking.
After exiting banking to work for a client, Neil was still tied to the industry by providing planning, design, and build of physical locations for banks and credit unions. In 2011, he co-founded a program management firm that acts as an owner’s representative to Financial Institutions as they navigate the process of building a headquarters, new branch, or transforming their existing branch network.
As a Principal and CEO of Structure First, Neil leads his team to help clients complete projects related to their facilities with new delivery models, technology, and desired customer experience.
